Australian cricket is embedded in the national identity, inspiring and connecting people of all backgrounds. Cricket Australia (CA) serves the growth of the game in the country and is purpose-driven to inspire everyone to love cricket.
HCLTech partners with Cricket Australia to scale digital transformation their vision of making cricket, Australia’s favorite sport and a sport for all Australians.
As an extension to our partnership with Cricket Australia, we’ve partnered with the McGrath Foundation to raise funds for McGrath Breast Care Nurses.
Over the past 13 years, the Pink Test has become a national phenomenon and is the largest sporting fundraising initiative in Australia. In Jan 2021, the cricket and broader community came together in the most incredible way to support the McGrath Foundation – together we were able to raise a little over $3 Million in just five days.
This will help fund 22 McGrath Breast Care Nurses who will support almost 2,200 families going through breast cancer in 2021. Together, we’re making a difference!
Women empowerment is an important part of our holistic diversity agenda, and we believe in initiating changes that will play a pivotal role in this direction. At HCLTech, we are committed to women empowerment, celebrating the contribution of our women employees as well as women in our client & partner ecosystem, and nurturing the next-generation women leaders through mentorship.
The Women Lead initiative is a 1:1 mentorship program for aspiring women leaders. It began in Australia as a response to the lack of women leaders in Australia’s top companies. Women Lead Australia has impacted more than 90 women, helping them progress in their careers.
